Born and raised amidst the verdant backwoods of Perry County, Steven embodies the spirit of Tennessee. His love for the great outdoors is only surpassed by his passion for creating with his hands. Introduced to the art of forestry mulching in 2018, it was the harmonious blend of his heavy equipment skills, perfectionist tendencies, and inherent love for nature that steered him towards this path.
Four years into his journey and countless terrains transformed, the dream of starting Elite Land Management, LLC, alongside his supportive wife, Gillie, became a reality.
For Steven and his dedicated team, every project is a commitment. It's about honesty, perfection, and wearing a contagious smile throughout the process. Every client, every terrain, has a story. And Steven's mission is to enhance that tale while maintaining the essence of the natural habitat.

At Elite, we do our best to price your job to enable both you and us to get the work done. We can price by the hour based on the machine and tree size, by the day, by the acre, or bye the entire job. We work with our customers to meet their goals all over the Middle Tennessee area and even some surrounding states. We strive to meet the needs of all customers- from our smaller acreage jobs for individuals to our work with some of the largest local developers and state agencies. We offer FREE ESTIMATES and are happy to meet with you and develop a customized plan!
